  1. Q How good are the microphones quality? i am planning to use it wearing a helmet on the motorcycle
    A The quality is very good but I would not recommend using them on a motorcycle

  3. Q How to fix my 2 day old right bud to charge ? It worked first day after full charge then after a day the right bud alone went dead and not charging.
    A You must box both of your ear buds and send them back to Amazon , I have never had any problems with my ear buds or returns with Amazon.
  4. Q Do these work with a Bluetooth landline phone.
    A It dose work with Bluetooth . This is a wireless connection .
  5. Q Do the settings (Noise Cancellation and/or Sound settings) go back to default when opening the case or are mine just faulty?
    A Well it depends, settings like bass boost and j lab signature you will have to change manually, but settings like noises cancellation can be change but pressing and holding the right buds.
  6. Q Is it normal for JBuds to only last 2 hours?
    A It lasted around 8 hours for me in bed.
  7. Q Can I order a replacement case?
    A Yes but it’s best to get the case from the website it’s cheaper and fast shipping
  8. Q How long is a single charge with anc on, without recharging? i know it's 24hrs with recharges, but i sleep with them so i need them to last the night.
    A Mine last a 10 hour work day
  9. Q Do these have any lights on while in use?
    A Mine only light up when pairing or tapping them to change volume and what not
  10. Q Has anyone found a silicon case that fits the charging case? Looking for one with ability to attach a clip.
    A No I haven’t

    A There have more great earbuds that are smaller and can fit your personal needs
  15. Q How do i charge my earbud charging case? it doesn't plug into a normal usb, (ie: my laptop) because one on the case isn't a normal USB. Please help.
    A It does fit into a standard USB, it just looks like it doesn't. The design means it doesn't matter if you plug it in "up" or "down" like most USB-A plugs do.
  16. Q How many decibels of noise does this cancle? How does it do with higher frequencies like human voices?
    A Control how you hear outside noise with three noise control modes in the hardware: ANC On, ANC Off and Be Aware (pass through outside noises). Four microphones work together to cancel out noise and provide uninterrupted audio – wherever you GO.

    A Turn off Bluetooth you have paired with it

  24. Q Just got mine and realized the charging case only connects with a computer, which i dont have. Is there an adapter i can buy to plug it in the wall?
    A It’ll connect to any and all USB adapters. I use the one in my car and occasionally my iPhone wall charger
  25. Q Would these be good for riding a motorcycle, to cancel out the wind noise?
    A Yes. They stay in well with the foam plugs and will block loud noises
  26. Q right ear stopped working. any ideas on how to make it work again? Every once in awhile it will say "hello" or "goodbye", that's it.
    A Place them back in the charging case & tap them 5times to reset if that doesn't work place both earbuds back in the case and charge them for about 3hours, when that's done pair them up with your device if the left bud connects but the right does not then press your finger on the right bud to turn it ON manually, it may take a few seconds to power on....   27. Q Do they work while traveling?
    A I don't quite follow the answer as I cannot understand what traveling would have to do with a BLUETOOTH earbud. Aside from that, these are probably the BEST earbuds I have ever used and the noise cancelling is as good as the higher end earbuds. They are easy to set up and have so many options within the set up. The battery time is so long that I have never had an issue and I simply put them back into the case which also charges them without being plugged into the wall. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME as they are nice patient guys in USA answering the phone and really know the product well. I would have no problem giving both the product and ALL the customer reps five stars as I have called them more than three times with questions since I am 69 and not the best tech savvy person.
  28. Q Has anyone listened with these during a flight?
    A Depending on the airlines, you will not be able to use your phone.

  30. Q How big are the sound drivers?
    A The overall size is not bad they are a bit heavy for their size so be sure to try different tips to get the best fit if you are looking at the power or sound output of the buds I don’t know the exact answer they are really good for the price point
  31. Q Do they have a listen function to act as an amplifire for improved hearing while wearing one or both?
    A They have 3 different modes. I find the noise canceling helps make it a clearer sound, even when only wearing 1
  32. Q How do you turn them off?
    A They don’t turn off exactly. When both buds are in the charger. Left and right is important. Shut the case. My phone will reconnect a couple of minutes later. Open and close the case. It should be fine after that. It is a bit odd.
  33. Q Can the mic be disabled?
    A I used to disable the mic from my phone. I can't be sure but I don't think it could be mute directly by the ear buds.

  35. Q Are these good on the plane? does it remove the background plane noise?
    A I flew with them yesterday and they did a fantastic job on noise canceling. The "be aware" setting amplifies the noises around you, which I haven't tried while jogging, but can say was super loud at the airport. There is so much noise at the airport, when amplified, it was too much. But, switching between that, noise canceling off, and active noise canceling, you can hear all the noise around you go away. I have had bose noise canceling in the past and these are on par. The speaker quality isn't as sharp as bose, but noise canceling is great.
  36. Q When my earbuds are in the case and the case closes a high pitched noise is made. Why would this be happening?
    A That really depends which listening mode you have it on. Either the be aware or noise canceling, both of those I kinda get the same thing, this ringing in the back ground. If anything, it'd help to do a full reset. It may be the app depending when it must have been released. Or it may be from other bluetooth devices connected at the same time.
  37. Q when you place them back in the case after use, do they automatically disconect from your phone and turn off?
    A Yes
  38. Q Can you use these to cancel noise without music or audio playing?
    A Yeah you can connect them to your phone and put it into noise cancelling mode
  39. Q How do I get them to work with the app their connected but the app won’t work
    A Have you checked the volume? If not it maybe the volume. This happened to me multiple times. If this doesn't help then, if you are using an android phone. The volume you are trying to turn up isn't the volume used for that app. Some bonus things that may help, power off your device fully, wait a few minutes then power it back on. If that doesn't help, maybe uninstall the app, then install it again.

    A Whatever setting you put it on will stay until you change it. Even after being shut off and on.

    A You tap it. For 70.00 dollars they are a great buy. I use mine every day

    A Mine came with a great charging carying case..

    A IF YOUR TV ISBluetooth you can and if not they sell an adapter thing for less than 30 bucks, just google how can i make my tv bluetooth

    A I have a android and it works just fine. You don't need a charger for them though because the case has a built in charging cord. All you will need is a box to connect the cord to and plug it into the wall.

    A By themselves? No but I did get a cheap dongle from wish and they work.

    A Regular USB charging, which is built into the case. There's a short cord thats attached to the bottom of the case.
